Sports First Aid Kits :Basic, Team Essentials, Team Comprehensive. The contents of these kits are based on the examination of several studies undertaken on sporting injuries, across a wide range of sports. The major areas of injury occur to Knees (approx.14%), Ankles (13%), Fingers (7%), Lower Leg (5%) Bruising and Muscle Strain are by far the most common injuries. More severe injuries such as broken bones, concussion and dislocations represent only around 5% of all injuries.
